It is not presently known who "Dickie" was. A stone for this child, with the dates 1921-1926 was at one time located at the foot of the obelisk for Elisabeth (Elizabeth) J (Wilson) Chapman in Wisner Cemetery. Elizabeth and her daughter, Nellie E, were both buried in Wisner Cemetery and were moved to Wrights Corners Cemetery, USA, NY, Niagara, Newfane, Wrights Corners, when Wisner Cemetery was abandoned. Memorials for Elizabeth and Nellie exist in both Wisner Cemetery and Wrights Corners Cemetery.

Elizabeth and her husband, James B Chapman, had a granddaughter, Harriet, who married Clyde Reid Dickey. If the stone for "Dickie" was actually put at the foot of Elizabeth's memorial with purpose, it is possible that this child was Elizabeth's great-grandchild, and that "Dickie," presumably a nickname for Richard, should be the surname "Dickey." Harriet and Clyde are shown in the 1920 US census living in New Orleans, and in Kansas City, MO, in the 1930 US census. Prior to 1920, they had moved around quite a bit. Wisner Cemetery was abandoned long before Dickie/Dickey's birth, so it is unlikely that she or he is actually buried here, and this stone may be a cenotaph.

It is also possible that "Dickie" is not related to Elizabeth, and the stone was put at the base of her obelisk by happen-stance, perhaps when the cemetery was cleaned up.

Dickie is not listed on the plaque of those persons known to still be buried in Wisner Cemetery. This plaque was erected around the time the cemetery was cleaned up.
