He is survived by his wife, Louise; one son, Frank, Jr. of Springfield; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Louise Waters of Springfield; three brothers, Paul and Fernand, both of Springfield; Ferdinand of Pekin; four sisters, Mrs. Marceline Boehning, Mrs. Fern Lyons, all of Springfield; Mrs. Octavia Carrette of France; 21 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
