She was born May 16, 1919 in Circleville, a daughter of the late Jacob and Minnie Arbogast Waybright.
She is survived by four sons Clifford "Jim" Pennington of Thomas, Lewis and Leroy Pennington and Joseph Kidd all of Jacksonville, five daughters Lovenna Neal of Pennsylvania, Lucressia Carr of Balitmore, MD, Luvina Sones and Kathryn Singletary of Jacksonville, FL, Shirley Walker of Mt. Airy, MD; a sister Masil Yowl of Cortland Acres Nursing Home, Thomas.
She was preceded in death by two sons, a brother and a sister.
Mrs. Kidd was a homemaker.
Friends were received at Hinkle Funeral Home where funeral service were held at the Davis Church of God with the Rev. Larry Idleman officiating.
Interment followed in the Accident Cemetery
