LANETT -- Mr. Alexander Blunt, 38, of Lanett died Tuesday, June 29, 1999, at his residence.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, July 3 at 3 p.m. at the Greater Evangel Temple in LaFayette with the Rev. Herman Bradley officiating. Burial will follow in Handy Cemetery in LaFayette.
Mr. Blunt is survived by his mother, Marylene Blunt of LaFayette; his father, Charlie Blunt Jr. of LaFayette; five daughters, Kiwana Blunt, Tamara Blunt, April Blunt and Latoya Blunt, all of Opelika, and Tameika Blunt of LaFayette; four sons, Marco Blunt, John Blunt, and Alexander Blunt Jr., all of Opelika, and Austin Blunt of LaFayette; two sisters, Lemerle Carr Jordan of Atlanta, Ga. and Cassandra Blunt of LaFayette; four brothers, Bobby James Carr, Jerome Story and Gary Blunt, all of LaFayette, and Charlie Blunt of Brewton; and his grandmother, Alberta Whitlow of Atlanta, Ga.
Born Aug. 12, 1960, in Chambers County, Ala., Mr. Blunt was a member of Greater Evangel Temple Church.
