Buford Edcker Hunt of Tullahoma, 74, a retired Genesco employee, died Wednesday at Franklin County Hospital.
A native of Tracy City, he was born September 4, 1907. He was the son of Abe and Sarah Myrtle Counts Hunt.
He was a Baptist.
Services were at 3 p.m. Saturday at Watson-Gamble Funeral Home. The Rev. Tommy Johnson officiated. Burial was in Franklin Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Annie Mae Holman Hunt; two daughters, Kathy Jean and Margaret Ann Hunt, both of Tullahoma; two brothers, A. D. Hunt, New Orleans, Louisiana, and Marvin Hunt, Tampa, Florida; four sisters, Mrs. Aline Alonzo, Tampa, Florida, Mrs. Marie Rollins, Chicago, Illinois, Mrs. Frances Torbett, Chattanooga, and Mrs. Pauline Morris, Winchester Springs.
