##ALBANY - Mr. William Marx, 93 died October 28, 2014 at Aspen Village Assisted Living in Dallas, GA.
##Mr. Marx was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 14, 1921 t the late Harry and Elizabeth Marx. He was a WWII veteran, having served as a corporal in the Army’s 44th Field Artillery Company in Normandy and Central Europe Campaigns.
##Mr. Marx retired from Con-Agra Foods after 40 years of service as a salesman. He was a meber of St. Teresa’s Catholic Church, where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus and an active volunteer.
##Mr. Marx will be remembered as a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and uncle. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 39 years, Margaret Marx and is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Clare and John Faress of Marietta and Mary and Charlie Sheffield of Leesburg, grandchildren Erin, and Sarah Sheffield, Michael and Caroline Faress.
##The will be a wake Friday 5 PM at Kimbrell-Stern with visitation until 7 PM. His funeral service will be Saturday 10 AM at St. Teresa’s Catholic Church with interment to follow in Crown Hill Cemetery with Military Honors.
