MADISON — Mrs. Roy (Alice) Hoverson, age 64 of 2317 Myrtle St. died on Monday, June 27, 1977 in a local hospital after a long illness. She was the former Alice Waller and was born September 26, 1912 here in Madison where she had lived all her life. Mrs. Hoverson was an employee of Oscar Mayer Co. for 23 years retiring in 1975. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and also American Legion Post 501 Auxiliary. Survivors include her husband, Roy; a daughter, Ms. Sonia Albright, Madison; a son, James, Stoughton; three sisters, Mrs. Cedric (Millie) Wilson, Madison, Mrs. Ivan (Helen) Schmiedlin, Minneapolis, MN, Mrs. Harold (Evelyn) Bingham, Las Vegas, NV; two brothers, Norman Waller and Oscar Waller, both of Madison; also five grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1904 Winnebago St. at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29. The Reverend Walter A. Olson will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens.
