Mrs. Lucinda F. Carter

Westernport, Oct 19- Mrs. Lucinda Fazenbaker Carter, 89, died at the home of her son by her first husband, Overton Fazenbaker, 401 Walnut Street, this morning following a paralytic stroke, Friday. She was a resident of Bloomington for 40 years and since 1917 had lived with her son. The only other survivor is a stepdaughter, Mrs. Mary Welsh, Cumberland. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 pm in the home by Rev. Fred R. Barnes, pastor of First M.E. Church. Burial will be in Bloomington Cemetery.

Westernport, Oct 23- Funeral services for Mrs. Lucinda Carter, 89, who died Tuesday, were held from the home of her son, Overton Fazenbaker, Walnut Street, Thursday afternoon, with interment in Bloomington Cemetery. Rev. C. Welch, pastor of the United Brethren Church officiated. The pallbearers were grandsons: Wilbert, Roy, Russell, Cecil, Clarence and Paul Fazenbaker. Flower bearers were: William Fazenbaker, grandson and Jack Fazenbaker and Lewis Biggs, great grandsons. Among those who attended were: Mrs. Mary E. Welsh, Mrs. Edmond Long, Cumberland; Mrs. Ralph Rice, La Vale; Amos Evans, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Warnick and family, Miss Erma Evans, Bloomington; Mrs. Pearl Gross, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Fazenbaker, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Fazenbaker and son, Bruce, Akron, Ohio; Mrs. Corrizan, Midland.
