Stella M. Marsden Dies at Scranton

Mrs. Stella M. Marsden, 80, passed away this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frederick A. Schroeder, 920 Harrison Avenue, Scranton, with whom she resided for four weeks. She previously lived at Butler Street, Forty Fort, more than 50 years.
A native of Plymouth. Mrs. Marsden was a daughter of the late George W. and Leah Jeanette Kyttle Stubblebine. She was a member of Forty Fort Methodist Church and served as treasurer of the WCTU more than 25 years. Her husband Stephen A. Marsden died in March, 1934.
Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Fred M. Evans, Scranton; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at the Hugh B. Hughes and Son Funeral Home, 1044 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort, Thursday afternoon at 2. Rev. Edgar F. Singer will officiate and burial will be in Forty Fort Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday and Wednesday night 7 to 9.
