Frank C. Heinzl, 58, died this morning at 7:35 o'clock at his home, 436 W. 19th Ave., after being in failing health for eight months. He was born in Oshkosh, Aug. 16, 1900, and had lived in this city all his life. He was married here to Margaret Hooper of Oshkosh, June 25, 1955. Mr. Heinzl was a mason tender for many years and was employed by the Edward H. Meyer Construction Company until his recent illness. He was a member of St. John's Catholic Church.

Survivors are his wife; his mother, Mrs. Ann Heinzl; three brothers, Ferdinand and Joseph Heinzl, Oshkosh, and Arthur Heinzl, Manitowoc; and six sisters, Mrs. Charles Marlies, who lives in New Jersey, Mrs. T. S. Serin, Manitowoc, Mrs. Alex Fanake, Mrs. A. A. Engelhard and Mrs. Russell Kelley, all of Milwaukee, and Mrs. K. J. Peterson, Orchard Park, N. Y.

Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 8:30 o'clock at the Fiss & Bills Funeral Home and at 9 o'clock at St. John's Catholic Church with the Rev. Walter T. Williams officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon until the time of the services.
