He is survived by his sons Hubert Marvin Scarbrough, Jr.(Lisa) and Robert Lee Scarbrough (Christina), sister Teresa Clark (Jim) and grandchildren, Jonathon, Jaiden, Sarah & David, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Cater & Mary Scarbrough and brothers Steven and George.
A memorial service was held graveside Monday, August 25, 2014 at Restlawn Memorial Park, 2600 Ribault Scenic Drive, Jacksonville, Fl, 32208 at 12:00 noon.
