William (Bill) Howard Mixon Born August 7, 1937 Died October 10, 2014 born in Denton Texas to Louise and William Mixon. Attended high school at A@M Consolidated in College Station where he was on the football team. He attended A@M college for two years and finished at North Texas State college . He was a member of Kappa Alpha fraternity.

Bill served in the army at Ft. Ord, California. He was a retired Manager in a company serving the oil field industry.

Bill is survived by brother Robert (Bob) Mixon, two sisters, Nancy MacPhee and husband Gary, Betty Turner and husband John, nephew David MacPhee and niece Karen Turner Smith and her husband Robert.

Bill belonged to Clear Lake Baptist Church where he had many friends . He loved to usher and often mentioned how much he enjoyed the invitations for Mexican food . Bill’s family is very appreciative of all the prayers, phone calls visits to the hospital by his church family and so many of his good friends.
