- What was her name? Lydia Tubb, she married a Moore
- What relation are you to William A Moore who appeared before the Commission yesterday? Brother
- Full brother? Yes sir
- Married? And to whom? Yes sir. Dr. J M Sheppard.
- Has he any Choctaw blood? No sir.
- Did any of your ancestors ever comply or attempt to comply with the Treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek? Well, I don't know it, but we have evidence that our great-grandfather did.
- What was his name? George Tubb
- What evidence? Well, I have a cousin that went to Mississippi and found his name on a record there.
- Cousin's name? Ikard.
- Did any of your Choctaw ancestors ever comply or attempt to comply with the fourteenth article? Not to my personal knowledge, but we have evidence to that effect. It has been applied already to the Ikard case.
- Do you speak or understand the Choctaw language? No sir.
-Any further statements? I want my case consolidated with the Ikard case.

This applicant has the appearance of being a white woman; shows me indications of being possessed of Indian blood; dark hair, gray eyes and rather light complexion; she does not speak or understand the Choctaw language and has no knowledge of the fourteenth article of the treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek or ever received any benefits thereunder. Dated 29 Jun 1902
