"Mrs. Lona Carr departed this life Thursday, April 26, at 7 o'clock a.m. She was the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Weddle. She will be greatly missed by her many friends and acquaintances. She leaves an infant daughter who will miss a mother's tender love and care, and a father, mother, five brothers and one sister, who have the sympathy of the entire community. The body was laid to rest Friday in the Weddle cemetery.-"
