OBITUARY :
MRS. BLANCHE L. SHANK, 85, formerly of Waynesboro died at 2.30 p.m. Tuesday at the Reformed Mennonite Home, Lancaster.

She had been a guest at the home since 1960 and had been in failing health for a number of months.

She was born near Leitersburg, Md., the daughter of the late Christian and Mary Ellen (Middlekauff) Lehman.

Mrs. Shank was a member of the Reformed Mennonite Church, Waynesboro.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. George K. Slocum Raleigh, N. C.; sister, Miss Nellie E. Lehman, Lancaster, and one granddaughter.

Funeral arrangements under the direction of the Poe Funeral Home will be announced later.

FUNERAL SERVICES :
Funeral services for MRS. BLANCHE L. SHANK who died Tuesday afternoon at the Reformed Mennonite Home, Lancaster, will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. from the Poe Funeral Home

The services will be in charge of Bishop Henry Fisher, Lancaster, and the Rev. Joseph Byers, pastor the Reformed Mennonite Church, Waynesboro. Interment will be made in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hagerstown.

Friends may call at the funeral home this evening from 7 until 9 p.m.

The family requests that flowers be omitted.
