CANADIAN — George Simpson, 91, of Canadian died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2014.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery with Cory Campbell officiating. Inurnment will follow. Arrangements are by Hughs Funeral Home of Canadian.
Mr. Simpson was born Jan. 8, 1923, in Canadian to Alex Simpson and Clara Helen Augusta Schellestede Simpson. He married Emma Spruell on Feb. 28, 1974, in Canadian.
Survivors include two stepsons, William Borst of Nacogdoches and Thomas Borst of Elk City, Okla.; two stepdaughters, Irene Kirkhart of Canadian and Willa Condren of Waco; and a sister, Dorothy Simpson May of Alamogordo, N.M.
