The headstone is joint for brothers George O. Allender and Lyzell Everett “Frosty” Allender. They evidently chose to be buried in the same plot. George's wife Dorothy L. Emerson Allender died on Feb.29, 2000 and was reportedly buried in Lockridge cemetery, but evidently not with George. Lyzell was married twice, but neither wife was/is buried with him.
