Tyringham Woman Dies
TYRINGHAM--Mrs. Anna Maria Ferry, 80, widow of Sylvanus Ferry, died at the home of her niece, Mrs. Charles Van Orman, early this morning after a long illness. She was born in Tyringham, daughter of Anthony and Sarah Griffin Brasee, and had lived here all her life. She is survived by a son, Samuel Ferry, of Lenox; several nieces and nephews and a granddaughter. The funeral will be Monday afternoon at 2 at the Van Norman (sic) home. Rev. Gerald Williams of the Union Church will officiate. Burial will be in Tyringham Cemetery, M. J. Kelly, funeral director, is in charge.
