Dell E Ashton 71 of 6801 Lockwood Blvd died of a heart ailment Monday afternoon in Southside Medical Center.
Mr Ashton was born Dec 22, 1914, in Youngstown, a son of Albert and Celia Ashton. He was a purchasing agent for the A P O'Horo Company for eight years, retiring in 1982.
He leaves his wife, the former Mary McClelland, whom he married July 3, 1940, a daughter, Mrs Joyce Drana of San Antonio, Texas, two sons, William M and Robert both of Poland, a sister , Mrs Katherine Vargo of Cuyahoga Falls; five brothers, Charles and Merle, both of Cuyahoga Falls, Daniel and Louis both of Akron and Bud of Baltimore, 20 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A brother, John is deceased. Services will be at 1 pm Wednesday at the Higgins FH, Boardman. Youngstown Vindicator pg B 3 11/25/86
