June 21, 1932 - September 23, 2014

Mary Louise Orr Craft age 82 of Wellington, died on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 in Shamrock.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 27, 2014 at the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Charlie Johnson, pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Earth and Rev. Gene Weinette pastor officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery by Adams Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were grandsons Jason Clinkscale, Matt Orr, Shawn Orr, Joshua Wagner, Kellan Orr, Justin Couffer, Kevin Craft, John Craft, and Travis Craft.

Louise was born on June 21, 1932 in the Loco community of Childress County, to Earl G. and Bess French Alexander. She graduated from Wellington High School in 1949.

She married V.K. Orr, JR on June 21, 1950 in Childress County. He died in 1980. After his death she married Jimmie Craft of Earth in 1984 in Wellington. She then moved to Earth and returned to Wellington after his death in 2008.

Louise was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Earth, the DAR and the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW. She was a former member of the Wellington BPW Club.

She had worked in the Collingsworth County Clerks office and was an accountant with Greenbelt Electric Cooperative for many years and a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother John T. Alexander.

She is survived by 2 sons Eddie Orr and his wife Sheryl of Wellington and Michael Orr and his wife Amber of Plano 2 daughters Linda Wagner and her husband Ron of Amarillo and Beverly Clinkscale and her husband Jack of Pawnee, OK 3 step sons Tim Craft and his wife Elizabeth of Houston, Glen Craft and his wife Melisa of Sand Springs, OK, and Ken Craft and his wife Chris of Richardson her sister Edna Smith of Sweeny 14 grandchildren and a great grandchild.

The family would like to say a special thank you to her caregivers over the past few years Juanita Hinojosa, Annie Seale, Linda Harris and Martha Valdez.

Visitation with the family at the funeral home will be on Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

The family suggests that memorials be made to the Wellington Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 321 or your favorite charity.
