Tina Beth Warf is the daughter of the late Eugene and Eloise Mosier Lynn Vance of Edmonton who survives.
She was a homemaker and member of the Sulphur Well Methodist Church.
Besides her mother she is survived by her husband Quentin Warf and a son Patrick Warf both of Sulphur Well, four sisters. Marcella Froggett of Glasgow, Cynthia Goodman and Angie Branham of Edmonton, Lisa Pruitt of Summer Shade, her step father Buster Vance of Tompkinsville and a step brother Tim Ford of Tompkinsville.
Besides her father she was preceded in death by two sisters. Patricia Emberton and Brenda Gettings and a niece Whitney Emberton.
Funeral services held September 27th at Sulphur Well Methodist Church. Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton handled arrangements.
