Teresa Wall Atkins Hoffman, 57, of Candy Drive, died at 1:38 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, at her home of natural causes.

Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hughart and Beard Funeral Home with Ricky Conger officiating.

Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West.

A native of Hopkinsville, she was born Feb. 4, 1957, the daughter of the late Charles Wall and Helen Boyd Wall.

She was a homemaker.

She was a Christian and active in the Pennyrile Emmaus Community.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Tommy Atkins, in 2006.

Survivors include her husband, Terry Hoffman; her daughters, Mrs. Greg (Jamie) Koehler and Mrs. Adam (Maranda) Harris, both of Hopkinsville; her stepson, Rueben (Cory) Hoffman, California; her stepdaughter, Kiersten Odom, Tennessee; her sister, Mrs. Kevin (Evyonne) Smith, Winchester, Tenn.; her four grandchildren and her five step-grandchildren.
