Simon, 68, passed away at his home. Born to Matias Gallegos and Anita Sena, he married Estella Lanadres on September 8, 1978 in Brighton. Survivors beside his wife included: siblings Ross (Lora) Gallegos of Pueblo, Maryann Juarez, Thornton, Lourdes (Jim) Shipman, Omaha, NE, Patrick (Virginia) Gallegos, Judy (Alan) Dominguez, Gene Gallegos, Thomas (Julie) Gallegos, and Jeffrey (Teresa) Gallegos, all of Brighton, and Diana Gallegos of Thornton. Preceding were his parents and brother Lucas. Memorial Services held September 23 at Access Church, 133 S. 27th Ave., Brighton. Tabor-Rice Funeral Home handled arrangements.
