COOK, MINTHA TRENTHAM - age 93, of Pigeon Forge, passed away January 28, 1998, at Ft. Sanders-Sevier Medical Center. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church and was preceded in death by husband, Preston Cook; son, Dewey Cook; and grandsons, John Ed Blalock, II and Jerome Monhollen. Survivors: daughters and sons-in-law, Edna Howard of Michigan, Nella Hill of Gatlinburg, Faye Cook, Bernice Roberts, Veryl Monhollen of Pigeon Forge, Kathryn and John Ed Blalock, June and Paul Parrott of Sevierville, Shelby and Ralph Valentine, Newport; daughter-in-law, Louise Cook, Ohio; 22 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Interment : Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens
