GLEASON: Ada Ferrari Bobbitt, 90, died in Lakeland, Florida, on June 5, 2013. Graveside services for Mrs. Bobbitt were held Sunday, June 9, 2013, at Hopewell Cemetery in Gleason. Ada was born in The Republic of Panama on October 25, 1922. She came to the United States for graduate work at the University of Oregon. Her career took her to New Orleans, Louisiana, where she met and married Gleason native Randall Bobbitt. Ada was preceded in death by her husband, Randall Edgar Bobbitt; two sisters; and three brothers. She is survived by one sister, Perla Hertel of Mulberry, Florida; and one brother, Georgeo Ferrari of Panama.
