Mrs. Martha Baker, 80, of Hospers died Friday at the Pleasant Acres Nursing Home in Hull after a long illness.
Services were at 10 A.M. Monday in the Christian Reformed Church in Hospers. Burial was in the Hospers Cemetery.
Mrs. Baker, the former Martha Van Leeuwen, was born January 28, 1904, in Cawker City, Kansas. Her family moved to Rock Valley in 1919.
She married John Baker October 10, 1923, in Rock Valley. They lived most of their married life in Hospers. He died April 12, 1976, in Hospers.
She was a member of the Christian Reformed Church in Hospers.
Survivors include two sons, Donald and Harold; three daughters, Josephine, Marcella and Alvina; one brother, Albert; 25 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
