Mrs. Carolyn Cronic Boggs, age 76, of Hoschton, GA passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Boggs; parents, Andrew and Lillian Cronic; sisters, Ruby Tatum, Doris Cronic and Ruth Beddingfield; brothers, Andrew Cronic Jr., Robert Willard and William Willard; sister-in-law, Ramona Cronic; and brothers-in-law, Guy Edge, Herbert Barrett and Glenn Beddingfield. She is survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara Barrett, Flowery Branch, GA, Martha Sue and Donnie Munday, Buford, GA, Dale and Marvin Crow, Flowery Branch, GA, Janice and Bee Gregory, Hoschton, GA and Mildred Edge, Winder, GA, brother, Vernon Cronic, Hoschton, GA; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Ray Brindle, Buford, GA, Dessie Mae Boggs, Hoschton, GA and Bernice Boggs, Hoschton, GA; brother-in-law, D. J. Thompson, Winder, GA; and a host of nieces, nephew and cousins. Mrs. Boggs was born February 1, 1938 in Winder, GA. She received her education at Braselton High School. She was retired from Georgian Art Lighting with twenty-five years of service and also worked for Publix Bakery in Buford, GA. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church for over fifty years. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Joel Shadburn, Rev. Olive V. Hayes and Rev. Mike Helton officiating. Interment will follow at Duncan Creek Congregational Church Cemetery in Buford, GA. Mike Barrett will officiate at the graveside service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
