Mrs. Gensie (Bowles) Wright, 85 formerly of Tippecanoe county, died of a heart attack in her home in Torrance, Calif., Thursday afternoon.
Born in the Clarks Hill community, Mrs. Wright was the widow of Fred L. Wright, who died several years ago.
Surviving are a daughter, Miss Merlyn Anderson of Chula Vista, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Raymond West of Frankfort, and a brother, Guy Bowles of Clarks Hill. Mrs. Harold Stewart is a niece of Mrs. Wright.
Burial was in California.
