Michael J. Lochner, 101, Morton Grove's oldest resident, died yesterday in the home in which he was born, reared and lived all his life, 6724 December St., in the suburb. Mr. Lochner, who had been village clerk of Morton Grove for 45 years until his retirement in 1945, had been the owner of the Lochner Florist Shop next to his home. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Helen Hoffman and Gertrude; a son, Richard; a brother, John; eight grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Martha's Catholic Church, 8523 Georgiana Av., Morton Grove.
