Rosa Cline - King
Rosa Lee Cline, youngest daughter of Frank and Mary Cline, was born near Woodburn, Iowa, April 04, 1879, and departed from this life July 29, 1922, at her home four miles south of Osceola, being 43 years, 2 months, and 25 days old. When a young girl she united with the Christian church of Woodburn, and last year was actively engaged helping her neighbors conduct Sunday-school near her home. She was married to Pearl D. King at Corning, Iowa, July 30, 1903. To this union five children were born - Lewis, Wayne, Golden, Mildred and Zona, all living. They lived eight years in Nebraska and the last few years near Osceola where they have many friends. She was a kind loving wife and mother. Although in delicate health all summer, she bore her suffering patiently, never complaining, and always looking on the bright side of life, and her sudden death was a great shock to her family and friends. She leaves to mourn their loss a loving husband and children, three brothers-Will and Frank Cline of Scotts Bluff, Nebraska, and Jess Cline of near Osceola, and one sister Mrs. Maggie Adams of Osceola, and other near relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at 2 p. m. at the Christian church in Osceola by Rev. LeRoy Munyon. Burial in Woodburn cemetery.

A loving one has left us, her face no more we see; but her memory will guide us till we meet beyond death's sea.
