Services will be 11 a.m. today at St. Mary's Episcopal Church with the Rev. Edward C. Rutland and Stanley G. Gerber officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texarkana.
Mr. Gerber was born Feb. 14, 1930, at Texarkana. He was an accountant, musician, member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church and a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Survivors include his wife, Daylen K. Dudley Gerber of Dallas; one daughter, Julie K. Gerber of Greenville, Texas; eight sons, David H. Gerber, Stanley G. Gerber and Daniel P. Gerber, all of Austin, Texas, Steven D. Gerber of Greenville and Robert R. Gerber, Gregory A. Gerber, Wilmer A. Gerber and John M. Gerber, all of Dallas; his mother, Anna Temple Gerber of Texarkana ; two sisters, Annette Jones and Alois Allen, both of Texarkana; and 10 grandchildren.
The family will be at 3518 Richwood Ave., Texarkana.
