Mrs. Allen was born August 19, 1931 in Texarkana, Texas.
She was retired from Day and Zimmerman and a member of St. James Episcopal Church.
She is survived by her husband, Russell Allen; two daughters and sons-in-law, Rosanna and Karlton Kemp and Cathy and Mark Van Herpen; two sons and one daughter-in-law, William R. Allen, Jr. and Tim and Lisa Allen; one sister and brother-in-law, Annette and Stan Jones; eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and numerous other family and friends.
