Mrs. Waterfield Dies Here at 68; Funeral Sunday

Mrs. Hazel M. Waterfield, 68, 217 Union avenue, died at 10 o'clock this morning at Community Hospital, after becoming a patient yesterday afternoon. She suffered a heart attack.
Born at Chariton, Iowa, she had resided in Moberly 57 years. She was a daughter of the late Dr. M. G. and Minnie L. Franks Kirk. Mrs. Waterfield was a member of the First Baptist Church, OES, White Shrine, Beauceant and Ladies Auxiliary to Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen.
Surviving are her husband, Robert; one brother, Charles R. Kirk, Moberly, and one sister, Mrs. Thelma Highfield, Columbus, Ohio. One daughter, Marjorie E. Waterfield, died in 1935.
The body is at the Cater Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 1 o'clock Sunday in the funeral home by Dr. Joseph P. Grant, pastor of the First Baptist Church. Eastern Star services will also be conducted. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
