Mrs. Doris Marie Anderson Johnson, age 78, of Waverly, TN, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2014, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Johnson was born September 18, 1935, in Waverly, TN, to Robert H. "Dock" and Lena Pleasant Watts Anderson. She was a member of the Mariah Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Waverly. She was the retired owner of Log Cabin Restaurant and Country Kitchen Restaurant in the Buffalo Community. Doris was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. Interment will be in the Richlawn Cemetery in Waverly, TN. Active pallbearers will be: Jonathan Johnson, Josh Johnson, Cody Smith, Davy Smith, Kyle Gehring, and Adam Phair. Honorary pallbearer will be Alan Phair.
