Ida Raye Allder, age 85, of Benton; passed away Thursday May 18, 2006. She was born to the late Henry and Hattie Tompkins on January 7, 1921 in Waldo, Arkansas. Mrs. Allder was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Benton. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Denton A. Allder and three sisters.
She is survived by two sons, Jeff Allder and wife Martha and Ted Allder; two daughters, Sandra Rutherford and husband Gene and Jill Barker and husband Randy of Benton; ten grandchildren, Brent Barker, Toby Barker, Roger Barker, Jason Rutherford, Ryan Rutherford, Sam Allder, Elizabeth Allder, Miranda Allder, Grey Allder and Lily Allder and seven great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday night at Ashby Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at New Rosemont Cemetery. Bro. Richard Hamlin and Bro. Muncy Harris will be officiating.
Memorials may be made to Saline Memorial Hospice.
