Leota S. Nelson, 70, of Van Buren, Arkansas died Monday, July 5, 1993, in a local hospital. She was a retired furniture factory employee for Oklahoma Homer Smith Furniture Co., a member of First Free Will Baptist Church of Alma and a member of the Van Buren Eastern Star Fidelity Chapter No. 86.

Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. July 7, 1993 at Ocker Memorial Chapel with Rev. Rupert Pixley officiating. Burial was at Gill Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, a daughter, two sons, five sisters, two brothers, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were her nephews. Funeral arrangements were made by Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, Arkansas.
