Calvin was born in Malone, Texas, to the late Herman August and Johnnie Mae (Goodwin) Fieseler. He served with the United States Army during World War II. Calvin moved to Waco in 1995. He was a member of Parkview Baptist Church and local Masonic Lodge #1127. He loved fishing.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ila Faye Toten Fieseler; and brothers: Paul Reed, Hollis Don, Larry Odell, and Gail Glenn Fieseler.
Survivors include his sons: John Calvin Fieseler, of Lindsay, Oklahoma, Joel Louis Fieseler and wife, Lori, of Mt. Pleasant, and Jerry Don Fieseler, of Azle; grandchildren: Lauren England and husband, Nicolas, Justin Fieseler, Jonathon Fieseler, Megan Fieseler, and Haley Fieseler; sisters: Patsy Hollifield of, Malone, Carolyn Schulz and husband, Eddie Ray, also of Malone, and Jodi Watson and husband, Lonnie, of Teague; and numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
