Born in Fort Kent, Maine, May 5, 1916, she had resided in Meriden for more than 40 years. Mrs. Du Bois was educated in Fort Kent schools and had been employed by the Napier Co. for six years. She was a parishioner of St. Laurent Church.
She is survived by a son, Carl Du Bois of Meriden, with whom she made her home; a granddaughter, Adele Du Bois of Meriden; three brothers, Joseph Charette and Lawrence Charette, both of Waterbury, and Bernard Charette of Fort Kent; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held Monday at 8:45 a.m. at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 E. Main St., and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Laurent Church. Burial will be at St. Laurent Cemetery.
