Services for Francisco Martinez, 63, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. today at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the Rev. Jim O'Conner officiating.

Burial will be in Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Chapel of Angels Funeral Home of Lubbock.

He died Sunday, Sept. 16, 2001.

He was born June 16, 1938, in Runge, where he attended school. He moved to Lubbock in 1966 and worked as a welder at Doss Sheet Metal for 12 years. He also worked at Plains Co-op Oil Mill for 12 years and attended Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Samuel of Austin, and Jarrod and Mark, both of Lubbock; three daughters, Rachel Martinez of Lockhart, Corina Dominguez of Round Rock and Alice Aguilar of Austin; three brothers, Enedino Bryan of Runge, Diego Rios of Rosenberg and Erasmo Rios of Lubbock; five sisters, Frances Barrios of Sinton, Inez Rios of Rosenberg, Janie Comacho of Abernathy and Amelia and Mary Ann Cardenes, both of Texarkana; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
