Albert was born to Ellen Albright in 1857. His father's first name is not known to me at this time.

Census information indicate that early in life, he worked as a box maker, and later in life he worked in a machine shop. The census data also indicates that he was married and divorced.

Albert's address at the time of his death was 2018 East Lehigh Avenue in Philadelphia. He was 82 years of age.

His death date and burial in American Mechanics Cemetery are documented in the Philadelphia Death Certificate Index (Permit number 25088, page 887, card number 2698).

Albert was buried in the Jacob Albright plot in Div F, Sec 2, Lot 24. The Albright family burial locations in this cemetery can still be seen in the original books.

In 1951, the cemetery was purchased by the Philadelphia Housing Authority for the purpose building on the location. The remains in this cemetery were removed in 1951, and the Raymond Rosen Housing Project was built.

In August of 1951, Albert Fletcher was re-interred in the Philadelphia Memorial Park in Division F, Section 2, Lot 24 with his grandparents family. The site is marked with a surface marker reading "ALBRIGHT".
