Mr. Fordham was a native of Wilkinson County, a member of the Primitive Baptist Church, and a farmer.
Survivors include his widow, the former Miss Omie Lou Lavender of Toomsboro; two sons, Zennes Fordham of Macon and Joe Lee Fordham Jr. of Milledgeville; two daughters, Mrs. Buford Tanner and Mrs. Joe McMillan, both of Milledgeville, five grandchildren; four sisters; Mrs. J.H. Grimsley and Mrs. Fleta Allison both of Jacksonville, Fla., Mrs. Lewis Law of Americus and Mrs. B.F. Cannon of Irwinton; one brother, B.I. Fordham of Toomsboro.
