Dessie Frances Plax, 73 of Marble Hill, died November 8, 1995 at Wappapello. She was born March 21, 1922 in Lutesville. She is the youngest child of Robert M. and Julie E. (Shell) James.
She married Harold Plax in 1958; they divorced in Aug 1973 at Los Angeles Co., CA.
She was a member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include one brother, Estel James of Marble Hill, MO; two sisters, Marie Stephens of Glen Allen, MO; and Virginia Healy of Marble Hill, MO.
Four brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.
Liley Funeral Home of Marble Hill handled arrangements.
