Pauline "Polly" Moulin was born in Litchfield Park, IL on August 30, 1918 went to our Lord Monday, January 26, 2004. Loving wife, mother and grandmother, she was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church for 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Sr., and daughter, Nanette. She is survived by siblings, Carl, Rich, Ginny and Dorothy; sons, Leonard Jr. (Pam) and Ted (Cari); four grandchildren, Leonard III (Kristen), Bobby, Stacy (Jack), and Nicholas; two great-grandchildren, Blake and A.O.M.E. II. Services will be held Thursday, January 29, 1000 a.m. at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY. In lieu of flowers, donations to your favorite charity.
