Services for Mrs. Eva I. Beears, 84, of 752 N. 12th St., will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m.
The Rev. Dr. Frank E. Radcliffe will officiate in the J.E. Lutz Jr. Funeral Home, Mount Penn. Burial will be made in Laureldale Cemetery.
Mrs. Beears died Tuesday in the Community General Hospital, where she as a patient since Dec. 3.
Born in Reading, a daughter of the late Valentine and Ellen (Angstadt) Ohlinger, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harrison B. Beears, on Oct. 12, 1956.
Mrs. Beears was a member of Holy Spirit Lutheran Church.
Surviving are a son, Jack. H. and a daughter, Margaret, wife of Richard J. Diehm, both of Reading; four grandchildren; and a sister, Florence, widow of George Linderman, Colebrookdale.
