Morris Abrams Dies in Reno

Morris Abrams, long time Reno resident and for many years a well known merchant, died at 2:55 o'clock this morning at a local hospital. He was taken to the hospital on Monday. He was seventy years old.

Mr. Abrams was born in Poland, and came to the United States thirty-seven years ago. Moving to Reno one year later he had made his home here ever since. He conducted a clothing store until his retirement a few years ago. He was a member of Temple Emanu-El and of B'nai B'rith lodge of Reno.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Fannie Abrams of Reno, two sons, Roy Abrams of Reno and Sol Abrams of San Francisco, three daughters, Mrs. Rae Zetoony of Reno, Mrs. Etta Couzins of San Jose and Mrs. Bessie Nymark of England and two sister, Mrs. Miriam Kirsh and Mrs. Rose Crug both of San Francisco.

Funeral services will held held Friday morning at eleven o'clock in Temple Emanu-El with burial in the Jewish Cemetery. The service is under the direction of the Ross-Burke Company.
