JESSUP, Ind. June 3 -- (Special) -- Joseph C. Beatty, 83 years old, of RR 2, Rosedale, died at 12:05 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Vermillion County Hospital in Clinton. He was a member of the Friendly Grove Baptist Church of near Rosedale.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Beurah Whitworth of Columbus, Ga.; one son, Virgil Beatty of RR 3, Rockville; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Butler Funeral Home in Rockville. Interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, north of Terre Haute. Friends may call after 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the funeral home.
