"Mrs. William Frobel of Steben Street, aged eighty-six years, died at her home Thursday morning at 7:45. Death was caused by a paralytic shock. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 1:30 at the home and at 2 o'clock at the German Immanuel Lutheran church, Rev. Paul Kirch
officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove. Friends are requested to omit flowers.
Mrs. Frobel was born at Wigot, Germany, and came to Meriden in 1874, residing ever since. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Albert Da(e)nekind(t) and Mrs. Max Strobel, and four sons, Fred, August, Gustave and William of Denver, Colorado. She also leaves forty-six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, all living in Meriden."
