Mrs. Lacasse Succumbs at 68
Mrs. Emelia Lacasse, 68, of 474 Charlton Street, died this morning at the Village Nursing Home in Sturbridge. Born in Southbridge, she was the daughter of Amabel and Marguerite (Livernois) Gauthier.
Mrs. Lacasse is survived by her husband, Peter A. Lacasse; two sons, Armand and Roland Lacasse of Southbridge; three sisters, Mrs. Flora Cameree and Mrs. Laurencia Richer of Southbridge and Mrs. Emeline Plouffe of Worcester.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 9:15a.m. from the Frank A. Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, and will be followed by a High Mass of Requiem at Sacred Heart Church at 10a.m. Burial will be in New Notre Dame Cemetery.
Calling hours at the Sansoucy home will be 7 to 10p.m. tonight and 2 to 5 and 7 to 10p.m. tomorrow.
