WINNSBORO — Funeral services will be Tuesday at the chapel of Adkins First National Funeral Home of Winnsboro for Mrs. Addie Browder, 87, of Winnsboro, who died Sunday at St. Francis Hospital in Monroe after a lengthy illness.

The Rev. T. J. Ratcliff and the Rev. Wayne Stroud officiated, with burial in the Ogden Cemetery.

Mrs. Fowler, a resident of Franklin Parish for over 60 years, was a member of the Sardis Baptist Church in Winnsboro.

Survivors include two sons, Elberon [sic Elbern] Fowler and Herman Fowler both of Winnsboro; two daughters, Mrs. Loyce Holmes of Tyler, Tex., and Mrs. Ola Foster of Chatham; three sisters, Mrs. Lula Fowler of Monroe, Mrs. Della Fowler of Winnsboro and Mrs. Doyce Phillips of Winnsboro; one brother, Joe[l] Browder of Winnsboro; seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
