Since I was a little boy, I have always had an interest in genealogy. Always wondering how my cousins I grew up with were related to me. I used to write everything down and figured it out. Use to ask my dad questions all the time. I was closer to my dad's side as I grew up with that side knowing my extended family. I knew of all my great aunts and uncles on my Murphy side and their families on down. On my Copaus side I just really new my mom's siblings on down. With all that being said one thing I want to try to do is make sure every family member of mine is never forgotten. That includes family I have never met. I want all or them to have their own memorial page after their gone so others can pay their respect if they want too. Family is family even if it is far down the line. I have met many cousins doing research that I never knew of.
Also i'm going to do my best to help keep the memory alive of all my friends who pass before me. I will also volunteer my time at cemeteries and help document the ones who have gone before us. I want to help all families as much as I can to help preserve their memories and help with their own family's genealogy records. My mission is for no one to be forgotten. I'm going to do my best to make sure all information on find a grave is accurate as possible with the help of ancestry.com and others who are willing to help.
